Return, Replacement & Refund Policy

At BS Natural, customer satisfaction is important to us. If there is an issue with your order, we are here to help.

1. Returns Policy

Due to the nature of clay pottery products,  personal care products, used or opened products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.

Eligible Returns

Returns may be accepted only if:

  • Product is unused, unopened, and in original packaging
  • Return request is raised within 1 days of delivery
  • Product received is damaged, defective, incorrect, or expired

Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Opened or used products
  • Products damaged due to misuse
  • Items purchased under sale/clearance (if marked final sale)
  • Returns requested after 1 days of delivery

2. Replacement Policy

Free Replacement for Damaged/Wrong Product

We offer free replacement if:

  • Product is received damaged in transit
  • Wrong item has been delivered
  • Product is defective upon arrival

Replacement Claim Process

To claim replacement:

  • Share clear unboxing video (mandatory for transit damage claims)
  • Share photos of damaged/incorrect item
  • Raise claim within 48 hours of delivery

Once approved, replacement will be processed within 2–3 business days.


3. Exchange Policy

Currently, we do not offer product exchanges for change of preference or selection mistakes.

If you need help choosing the right product before ordering, please contact our support team.


4. Return Shipping

  • If return is due to our error (wrong/damaged/defective product), return or replacement shipping will be borne by BS Natural.
  • For approved non-defective returns (if applicable), customer may bear return shipping charges.

5. Refund Policy

Once returned products are received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection of refund.

If approved:

  • Refund will be processed to the original payment method
  • Refund may take 5–7 business days (depending on bank/payment gateway)

Shipping charges or COD charges (if any) are non-refundable.


6. Missing Items in Order

If any item is missing from your order, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Claims raised beyond this period may not be eligible for replacement or refund.


7. Late or Missing Refunds

If your refund has not reflected:

  1. Check your bank account again
  2. Contact your card provider/bank (processing times may vary)
  3. If issue persists, contact us.

8. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only within 24 hours of placing the order or before dispatch (whichever is earlier).

Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
